Social Housing Contractor looking for 2x Carpenter/Multi to join the Voids Team.
Location: Hackney and East London
The successful candidate will be carrying out refurbishment of Void Properties.
This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required with no more than 5 points on the licence.
The client will provide a Van and Fuel Card to complete your duties.
Duties will include:
- Hanging doors
- Door frame repair/renew
- Window frames UPVC/wood
- Glazing
- Locks and latches, forced entries
- Kitchen Unit worktops
- Bath panel stud work
- Skirting and architraves
- Forced entry
- Staircase repairs
- Flooring repair/renew
- Painting, basic plumbing, replacing tiles, patch plaster
Successful candidates will be required to complete a Basic DBS and provide RTW.
40 hours per week PAID
30 minutes Lunch unpaid
Monday to Friday
8am - 5pm
