The Role

As a Children's Support Worker, you will:

Provide care and support tailored to the individual needs of each child.

Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and educational activities.

Build trusting relationships to foster emotional well-being and confidence.

Promote independence and life skills through engaging and meaningful activities.

Support children in managing their emotions and behaviors positively.

Ensure all care meets CQC standards and adheres to safeguarding protocols.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for working with children and young people.

Must have a minimum of 1 years UK experience working with children and young people

Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

An enhanced Adult and Child DBS that is registered on the update service

NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or must be willing to work towards one

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
