You will work across the broad-based remuneration portfolio to provide advice and guidance to the HR team and the broader business on our remuneration framework, policies and processes. You will perform detailed analysis and modelling of internal and external remuneration data to draw insights and support business decision making. Manage the benefits provisions across UK and EMEA, along with the communication strategy. The role will lead compensation and benefits activities, services, systems and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing improvements to CMCs reward strategy & redesign the reward framework.
- Manage the remuneration programs and cyclical activities such as the annual remuneration review, market matching/benchmarking, and employee share plans.
- Partner closely with the business to advise on reward strategy and provide support for all reward related matters.
- Providing advice and subject matter expertise to the HR team in relation to employee remuneration, providing options and recommendations to answer questions and address complex problems.
- Undertake internal and external remuneration benchmarking to support the business and the HR team in remuneration decision making.
- Prepare company remuneration data and complete industry salary surveys using judgement and remuneration knowledge to map company data into external templates.
- Undertake remuneration governance activity to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Monitor remuneration trends and review market data to benchmark CMC Markets practices and programs.
- Coordinate and roll out the annual salary review process through the HR Business Partners.
- Ownership for the data management activities which underpin the annual salary review process.
- Manage the employee benefit programs including relationship management of vendors and internal stakeholders, promotion of the program, and responding to employee queries.
- Benchmark UK & EMEA benefit offering ensuring programs remain competitive, align with local legislation and identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
- Provide assistance to payroll as needed to ensure the accurate and timely processing of any remuneration and benefit plans.
- Implementation of new initiatives and remuneration change programs.
- Complex data modelling to support key remuneration activities, e.g. gender equity pay review and employee incentive programs.
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting on HR metrics and activities.
- Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training.
- When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high quality service that presents a professional and positive image of CMC Markets.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience of working within a Reward and benefits function.
- Experience managing benefit providers and annual review processes.
- Proven expertise in compensation benchmarking, job evaluations, salary structures, equity programs, and employee benefits design.
