Disrepair Supervisor Social Housing

Our client, a tier one leading Main Contractor are seeking a Disrepairs Supervisor to join their team based in Clapham.

Within this role you will be responsible for overseeing Operatives working on reactive repairs within social housing, as well as inspecting the quality of work provided.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage material costs effectively and ensure adherence to proper processes and procedures by all team members.
  • Guarantee excellent service delivery by overseeing work scheduling, adhering to company protocols, standards, and Service Level Agreements
  • Lead, mentor, and support your teams development while determining optimal staffing levels to meet service demands.
  • Oversee the repairs teams to consistently meet performance targets.
  • Maintain work quality through inspections, review of inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators, and evaluation of customer satisfaction surveys.

Essential requirements:

  • SSSTS
  • Experience as a supervisor
  • Social housing experience
  • Full UK drivers license
