Interim Finance Business Partner - Adult Social Care - Local Authority

Contract: Interim (3 months)
Rate: 500 - 575 per day (Inside IR35)
We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a Local Authority on an interim basis, specialising in Adult Social Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a vital service area, working with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance and deliver value for money.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Adult Social Care leadership to provide financial insight and analysis.
- Support budget management, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Lead on financial modelling and scenario planning to inform decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings within the Adult Social Care service.
- Prepare clear and concise financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide challenge and support to ensure financial sustainability and strategic objectives are met.
Essential Requirements:
- CCAB Qualified Accountant
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within Adult Social Care
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with non-financial stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in financial modelling and scenario planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
