As Health, Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager, you will have the opportunity to design and implement plans that remove barriers and ensure equitable access to health and wellbeing support and resources. You will play a key role in integrating wellbeing and inclusion priorities into our client's people plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain action plans and strategies with clear deliverables that can be tracked
  • Remove barriers and ensure equitable access to health and wellbeing support and resources
  • Measure the impact of wellbeing and inclusion initiatives through a data-driven approach
  • Analyse data to identify priorities and proactive initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in for health, wellbeing, and inclusion plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and statutory requirements, including the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Equalities Act
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and with diverse audiences

Required Experience:

  • Experience in developing and maintaining action plans and strategies
  • Understanding of the specific health risks associated with work in similar industries
  • Proven experience in managing projects and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Ability to use data to inform decision-making and build compelling cases for health, wellbeing, and inclusion plans
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and statutory requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret statistical data
  • Excellent communication skills
