Rate: £185 - £255 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Part Time – 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

GSL Education London Branch is looking for a dedicated and experienced Health & Social Care Teacher to join an outstanding girls' secondary school in Tower Hamlets. Responsibilities of the Health & Social Care Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Health & Social Care to students at Key Stages 4 and 5.
- Teach Citizenship and PSHE alongside Health & Social Care.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning.
- Develop a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school’s curriculum and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
Requirements for the Health & Social Care Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Health & Social Care at Key Stages 4 and 5.
- Ability to teach Citizenship and PSHE is essential.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
