Health & Safetey Manager
We are looking for a health and Safeteyprofessional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safetey manager to join our team and oversee health, safety, environment, and quality compliance surround the sites beased in London and the home counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Health and Safeteypolicies in line with industry regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor compliance through regular site inspections and audits.
- Deliver training sessions to staff and subcontractors.
- Investigate incidents and establish corrective actions.
- Engage with residents, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accuratedocumentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate/Diploma (Desirable)
- Membership with IOSH or IIRSM (Desirable).
- Experience in social housing refurbishment projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
