Health & Safetey Manager

We are looking for a health and Safeteyprofessional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safetey manager to join our team and oversee health, safety, environment, and quality compliance surround the sites beased in London and the home counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Health and Safeteypolicies in line with industry regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor compliance through regular site inspections and audits.
  • Deliver training sessions to staff and subcontractors.
  • Investigate incidents and establish corrective actions.
  • Engage with residents, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accuratedocumentation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate/Diploma (Desirable)
  • Membership with IOSH or IIRSM (Desirable).
  • Experience in social housing refurbishment projects is highly advantageous.
