This role is essential in ensuring that all visitors, including service users and professionals, feel supported and informed when they arrive.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions, offering clear and empathetic communication to reduce distress and anxiety. You will assist with a range of administrative and organisational tasks, ensuring that appointments, events, and activities are well-coordinated and that all service users receive accurate and up-to-date information.
