I am currently recruiting for a an IMHA to work within the East London area. Applicants are welcome from all areas of Mental Health even if you do not have a qualification. The position is also hybrid. The IMHA role will be a permanent position and the salary is £31,321Key Responsibilities:
- Provide statutory and non-statutory advocacy support to individuals with mental health needs across East London
- Providing non instructed advocacy when required within either setting
- Working both in a Hospital setting and the community to ensure people receive the advocacy that they require
Essential Requirements:
- Passionate interest in Mental Health Advocacy
- Demonstrating a real eagerness to make a positive impact on peoples lives
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn and improve within the role
