Responsibilities Include:

  • Care Act assessments
  • Discharging statutory duties under the Care Act 2014
  • Support with waiting list backlog of first assessments
  • Working as part of a multi disciplinary team
  • Assessments and Unscheduled Reviews
  • General case management including care planning and safeguarding
  • Action safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

    • Social Work England registration
    • Social Work Qualification
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience post qualification
