Responsibilities Include:
- Care Act assessments
- Discharging statutory duties under the Care Act 2014
- Support with waiting list backlog of first assessments
- Working as part of a multi disciplinary team
- Assessments and Unscheduled Reviews
- General case management including care planning and safeguarding
- Action safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- Social Work Qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience post qualification
