Solid experience working with Learning Disabilities Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, etc.). Confidence in completing assessments, support plans, and safeguarding interventions. A proactive and compassionate individual with great communication and advocacy skills. The Role: As a Locum Social Worker, you'll be working within a dedicated Learning Disabilities team, supporting individuals and their families to achieve better outcomes. This includes: Carrying out assessments of need and risk. Developing person-centered support plans. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
