M365 Development Lead

M365 Lead - Permanent role - London - £75-79K - Hybrid




An exciting opportunity to take a technical lead role in a fast paced M365 team, and to be part of a major revitalisation programme within a well established financial services business. 




Day to day, you'll be responsible for an M365 Development Team; you'll provide technical expertise across M365, Sharepoint, Power Automate and Power Apps, and Azure - and you'll give technical leadership to the team to help them grow and improve their capacity and performance. 




More broadly you'll be part of the management team, working with the CTO to develop and deliver business solutions and improve and mature the environment and M365 utilisation across the organisation. 




You'll need a strong technical background and excellent, demonstrable skills in M365 and other related technologies. Additionally, experience leading or managing teams would be highly advantageous, and you'll need to have experience working with stakeholders and scoping and delivering solutions. 




The role is London based and permanent; it will offer a base salary of around £75-79K.
