MASH Senior Social Worker - From £50,782 - Hybrid
NonStop care are working with a well established Local Authority in the Berkshire area who are looking for a Senior Social Worker for a position on their MASH team. They are looking for someone to join their team and hit the ground running, promising manageable workloads and a fantastic working environment!
This local authority is offering fantastic training & development opportunities, allowing you to progress your social work career, which will ultimately increase your overall work satisfaction.
This is a non case-holding position, meaning you will be able to carry out your work without the need for visits or any long term holding of cases, having less pressure on yourself & ultimately increasing your overall work satisfaction.
The Role:
- Screening cases & signing off on them within 48 hours.
- Sign off on case strategies.
- Work collaboratively with children, families & other teams to ensure the best outcome possible for children.

Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
- An up to date DBS check
- Experience working in MASH / Screening roles
