Our holistic approach extends beyond young people-we actively engage with families to improve relationships, well-being, and educational attainment. We collaborate with statutory agencies, community groups, and specialist professionals to ensure young people receive the best possible support.

- From low socio-economic backgrounds
- At risk of exploitation or grooming
- Struggling with low self-confidence and self-worth
You will provide vital one-to-one and group mentoring, helping young people navigate challenges, develop life skills, and strengthen their links with the community. Facilitate stakeholder forums, promoting best practice approaches and enhanced support strategies.
Develop partnerships with external agencies to provide access to employability programmes, personal development opportunities, and positive social activities.
Work closely with the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team to uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and integrity.
