A Social Housing contractor specializing in Void Refurbs is seeking Multi Traders for a temporary to permanent position.
The role involves working on properties mainly located in the NW, UB, and HA postcodes within the M25 area.
Candidates must have skills in carpentry, plumbing, and wet trades such as plastering, painting, and tiling.
A full manual UK driving license with no more than 6 points is required, and the working hours are 8am to 5pm with 42.5 hours per week.

Social Housing contractor who specialise in Void Refurbs are looking for Multi Traders to join their Business on a temp to perm basis.

Properties are inside the M25 however the majority of properties are located in the NW, UB and HA postcodes

The company will provide a van and fuel card to carry out your duties

8am - 5pm

42.5 hours PAID

30 minutes lunch UNPAID

Full Manual UK driving licence required - no more than 6 points

Candidates will have the following skills set:

- Carpentry

- Plumbing

- Wet Trades; plastering, painting and tiling

This is a temporary to permanent position. Candidates will be eligible to go permanent after 13 full weeks.
