We are currently looking for Multi Traders to work on a social housing contract in the Hammersmith & Fulham area. This is a permanent role worki ng on a new contract. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential.

Requirements:

Social housing experience
Plumbing or Carpentry qualification - desirable
Full UK driving licence
Own tools
