We are seeking Multi Traders for a temporary to permanent role in the South London area focused on social housing contracts.
The position involves reactive maintenance in tenanted properties, requiring strong communication skills as you'll interact with tenants and planners daily.
Candidates must have social housing experience, a carpentry qualification, and a full UK driving license, along with their own tools.
The pay rate is £20 per hour, equating to a take-home pay of £664 weekly based on a 42.5-hour workweek.
After six months, successful candidates will be offered a permanent contract, with additional benefits including a company van, fuel card, and available overtime.

We are currently looking for Multi Traders to work on a social housing contract in the South London area. This is a temp to perm role where you will be offered a permanent contract after 6 months work. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential.

The rate of pay is £20 per hour, £664 a week take home, based on a 42.5 hour week.

Requirements:

Social housing experience
Carpentry Qualification
Full UK driving licence
Own tools
