Company Overview: Leading social housing contractor
Role Overview: Our client is looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to carry out repairs in occupied properties. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple trades and a strong ability to work independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair work in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and plastering.
- Respond to service requests and emergencies.
- Ensure all work meets high standards and health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents and maintain accurate work records.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar multi-trade role, preferably in social housing.
- Proficiency in at least three trades.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Good communication skills.
- A DBS check will be carried out for the successful applicant
Offer:
- Salary of 38-40k per annum.
- Regular hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
