About the Role
As a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you will:
- Work alongside the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable and consistent service for residents.
- Act as the primary relationship holder for residents within your assigned patch, covering approximately (Apply online only) homes aligned with local authority areas.
- Focus on improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents are happy in their homes.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A full driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
What We Offer
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Location: On-site every day, ensuring direct engagement with residents.
- Contract Type: Ongoing contract with potential to become permanent.
