Job Title: NHS Band 7 Mental Health Practitioner – Team Lead (£35 per hour)
Location: North London
Pay Rate: £35 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time)
Are you an experienced Mental Health Practitioner with a proven track record in leadership? We are seeking a dedicated Band 7 Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic team in North London as a Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of mental health professionals.
- Oversee the management and development of junior staff, ensuring high standards of care and professional growth.
- Collaborate with the Band 8 Senior to implement team objectives and deliver outstanding mental health services.
- Maintain an active caseload while supporting staff with complex cases.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Essential: Previous experience in a Team Lead or equivalent role.
- Essential: Current or previous Band 7 (or higher) experience.
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and support more junior members of staff effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on delivering excellent patient care.
