Are you an experienced Mental Health Practitioner with a proven track record in leadership? We are seeking a dedicated Band 7 Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic team in North London as a Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of mental health professionals.
  • Oversee the management and development of junior staff, ensuring high standards of care and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the Band 8 Senior to implement team objectives and deliver outstanding mental health services.
  • Maintain an active caseload while supporting staff with complex cases.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Previous experience in a Team Lead or equivalent role.
  • Essential: Current or previous Band 7 (or higher) experience.
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and support more junior members of staff effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on delivering excellent patient care.
