Nursery Room Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Room Leader with NNEB, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification to join a renowned childcare organisation. This full-time (4 days per week) role offers excellent benefits and a salary of £27,540. 

As a Room Leader, you will deliver exceptional care and learning opportunities for all children.

You will be responsible for:

• Support and guide less experienced team members.
• Ensure children are happy, thriving, and well-supported.
• Oversee the smooth operation of the room.
• Adhere to the EPIC values: Educational, Professional, Inspirational, and Caring.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Assistant Room Manager, Senior Nursery Nurse or in a similar role.
• NNEB, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification
• Understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Familiarity with OFSTED standards.
• Current first aid and safeguarding certification.
• Passion for providing exceptional childcare and education.
• Enhanced DBBS check.
