As a Room Leader, you will deliver exceptional care and learning opportunities for all children.
You will be responsible for:
- Support and guide less experienced team members.
- Ensure children are happy, thriving, and well-supported.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the room.

What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Assistant Room Manager, Senior Nursery Nurse or in a similar role.
- NNEB, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification
- Understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Familiarity with OFSTED standards.
- Current first aid and safeguarding certification.
- Passion for providing exceptional childcare and education.
- Enhanced DBBS check.
