Are you passionate about supporting young people in overcoming challenges and reaching their potential? A thriving secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team in January 2025. This rewarding role is ideal for someone with experience in behaviour management or a related field who is eager to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to students, helping them stay engaged in their learning.
  • Foster a positive school environment by promoting constructive behaviour strategies.
  • Manage low-level disruptions and help maintain focus in the classroom.
  • Offer emotional and social support to students struggling with self-regulation.
  • Supervise the isolation room and oversee detentions when required.
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar support role.
  • Confident communicator with a calm, empathetic, and firm approach.
  • Familiarity with SIMS or other school systems for tracking behaviour (preferred).
Role Details:
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 4:15 pm.
  • Contract: Full-time, term-time only, until July 2025.
