We are pleased to be supporting a large & successful Financial Services organisation with a Global presence in their search for a proficient & bright payroll professional to join their team.
Reporting into the Payroll & Benefits Manager and working in a small team, this role will play a key part in payroll & benefits reporting for UK & International entities.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing of global payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Assist with month-end processes
- Prepare & submit payroll-related reports
- Support and review the administration of employee benefits
- Liaise with benefit providers & manage benefit renewals
- Assist with audits & risk assessments
- Support with payroll compliance
- Support salary adjustments & bonus approvals
In order to be considered for this role, you will have prior experience of processing UK & EMEA payrolls, ideally gained from a professional service or similar environment. Proven experience with payroll & benefits is required.
