  • Job Title: RMN (Permanent)

  • Location: Suburban South East London

  • Salary: £33,176 to £35,590 per annum (dependent on experience)

  • Schedule: Full time, Monday to Sunday

    • Days: 7:30am – 8:00pm (12.5-hour shifts with a 1.5-hour break)

    • Nights: 7:30pm – 8:00am

Role Overview:You’ll be working on a 20-bedded Eating Disorder (ED) inpatient ward, providing specialist mental health care. The role also involves supporting additional areas including:

  • A Drug & Alcohol ward

  • A 9-bedded male acute ward

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred nursing care to individuals with complex mental health needs

  • Support patient recovery using evidence-based interventions

  • Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team (MDT)

  • Administer medications and monitor physical and mental health

  • Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • NMC registration (RMN)

  • Previous experience within an ED, acute, or substance misuse setting (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns
