This East London Authority are looking for a Practice Development Lead to work within Youth Services. Details of the role are:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Development Lead to directly support the way services are delivered via our Targeted Youth Support and Youth Justice Services. The role will be based in the Supporting Families Learning Academy with the key focus to develop, implement and embed a new quality assurance framework that recognises and enables continuous improvement of excellent youth practice and to support the continued improvement within our Youth Justice and Targeted Youth Support Services.
To apply for this role you must have:
- A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
- Be Social Work Registered
- Be eligible to work within the UK
