As a Qualified Social Worker in our Looked After Children Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential support and guidance to children in care, ensuring their safety, well-being, and long-term stability. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will work tirelessly to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake assessments and develop care plans for looked after children, tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Provide direct support and intervention to children and young people in care, promoting their emotional, educational, and social development.
  • Collaborate closely with foster carers, adoptive families, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in care.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant degree or diploma in social work.
  • Registered with the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., Social Work England).
