We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker in the Hospital Discharge Team within Wandsworth Council. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

The responsibility of the Social Worker includes:

  • Experience of working in a hospital setting.
  • Experience of Mental Capacity Assessments/Hospital Discharge Assessments.
  • Experience of Safeguarding

To ideal candidate will have:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
