Learning Disabilities
- The Social Worker is required to provide a professional fieldworker service to service users and their careers and to manage the needs of adults with learning and physical disabilities.
- The main duties of the role include completing Care Act assessments and devising care and support plans, completing reviews, completing Mental Capacity Assessments, chairing Best Interests meetings, working with people with complex social needs and making sure that the people are receiving the support that meets their needs.
What you need:
- QSW Status - including qualification, Social Work England registration and completed ASYE
- A minimum of 2 years' experience
- Right to work in the UK
