Location: Brent Council Offices, London
Salary: 41,808 - 45,021 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Golden Handshake: 5,000 bonus (after satisfactory probation)
Retention Payment: 3,000 bonus after one year for eligible roles

As a Social Worker in the Adult Social Care team, you will:

• Conduct needs-led assessments in line with the Community Care Act.

• Develop personalised care plans and coordinate multi-service care packages.

• Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Manage complex caseloads, including safeguarding adults and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).

• Support the team in achieving performance targets and driving continuous improvement.

• Ensure all work aligns with Brent Council's policies and procedures.

• A qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.

• Experience in adult social care.

• Strong Front Door or case management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across services.
