Job Title: Repairs Planner
Location: Ealing
Full Time Permanent
Salary up to 31,000 per annum
40 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday)
Day to day duties:
- Managing a regional area with 20 Operatives
- Working alongside another Planner
- Booking in works that come from the client for the Operatives.
- Will be picking up no contact's call.
- Will be chasing follow on.
- Answering operatives on the operative line
- Pervious Planning experience in social housing repairs
- Social housing background
- Good Communication skills
- IT Literate

Key Responsibilities of the Repairs Planner:
- Develop and update project schedules for maintenance works.
- Coordinate with teams and clients to ensure efficient resource use.
- Monitor progress and report on timelines, delays, and issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements of the Repairs Planner:
- 1+ year of experience in a planning role (construction or maintenance preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
