Salary up to 31,000 per annum
40 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday)
Day to day duties:

  • Managing a regional area with 20 Operatives
  • Working alongside another Planner
  • Booking in works that come from the client for the Operatives.
  • Will be picking up no contact's call.
  • Will be chasing follow on.
  • Answering operatives on the operative line
  • Pervious Planning experience in social housing repairs
  • Social housing background
  • Good Communication skills
  • IT Literate

Key Responsibilities of the Repairs Planner:

  • Develop and update project schedules for maintenance works.
  • Coordinate with teams and clients to ensure efficient resource use.
  • Monitor progress and report on timelines, delays, and issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements of the Repairs Planner:

  • 1+ year of experience in a planning role (construction or maintenance preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
