Workman's Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded and long-established Social Housing Contractor renowned for its exceptional service in offering building maintenance and construction services to housing associations, councils, and the education sector for over 80 years in London and the Southeast of England.
Works include redecs, cyclical, planned, kitchen & bathroom projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily contract operations, collaborating with clients, residents, DLO, and subcontractors
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with timely, high-quality work aligned with contract KPIs
- Monthly team meetings for target reviews and improvement discussions.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks, safe start meetings, and PPE Checks
- Pre and post-inspections of sites, overseeing quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Full Manuel UK Drivers License
- SSSTS/SMSTS Certification
- Experience in the social housing repairs sector
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
