Oakleaf is delighted to be partnered with a recognised Professional Services firm in central London in search of a Reward Advisor. Reporting to the Reward Manager, this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong compensation and HR data experience, to continue to grow and develop their career in total reward.

The Reward Advisor responsibilities will include:

  • Parter with global offices as the Reward & Benefits SME. Supporting local teams with all matters relating to compensation & benefits.
  • Support the global harmonisation of compensation & benefits practices within the firm.
  • Work with the Reward Manager to deliver annual reward activities including annual salary and bonus review, analysis of bonus and equity schemes, salary benchmarking and surveys.
  • Assist all matters relating to employee benefits including participation in surveys, annual renewals, broker negotiations, preparation of proposals, new benefit implementations.
  • Play a key role in all reward & benefits communications.
  • Assist with reward invoicing and budget management.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and external brokers.
  • Keep up to date, analyse, and provide insight into key trends.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong compensation and analytics experience. Minimum of 2 annual pay review cycles completed.
  • Experience working within a professional services firm (ideally with a partnership model) highly desirable.
  • Experience working on employee benefits administration.
  • Strong system and excel reporting skills essential.
  • Global experience desirable.
  • Ability to work quickly and to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
