Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is experience working in a school setting, working with Large Groups or transferable skills.

A School Liaison Officer is responsible for the delivery of high-quality educational sessions to primary and secondary schools across London’s 33 boroughs.

  • Term time only
  • Travel reimbursed – zone 1 to 6 or 1 to 7
  • Up to two one-hour sessions delivered each day at different schools
  • You won't be in sole control of the classes; class teachers will be present 
  • When not delivering sessions, you will be contacting schools to make bookings for future dates
  • Really flexible, sociable role 
  • No planning or marking and full training provided - much more relaxed role than supply teaching, previous teachers have really enjoyed this role

  • Range of Schools including Academies, State, Independent etc

To be considered for this School Liason Officer position, you will:

  • Have experience working in schools or an education-based setting, ideally with large groups
  • Confident communicating to large groups of pupils
  • Personable, professional approach
  • Confident communicating
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
