Key Responsibilities: Manage complex caseloads, including safeguarding adults, with increased autonomy. Apply specialist knowledge and frameworks for assessment and intervention. Provide guidance and support to trainees and new team members. Ensure effective supervision and continuous professional development. Stay updated on current policies, legislation, and evidence-based practices in mental health social work. Requirements: SWE registration is essential.
