- Work collaboratively with the Children’s Social Work Practice Academy to ensure consistency in ASYE delivery.
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and supervising social workers.
- Strong knowledge of ASYE, KSS, and SWE standards.
- Experience in quality assurance, audit, and best practice development.
- Ability to facilitate training workshops and promote a learning culture.
- Excellent interpersonal, assessment, and leadership skills.
