Job Title: Senior ETM Consultant
Location: Onshore (UK)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ETM Consultant with extensive Salesforce experience to lead and support Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) and Sales Planning implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of end-to-end ticket delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support ETM and Sales Planning implementations.
- Develop and maintain high-quality solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and groom tickets for delivery.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of tickets, taking full ownership of the process.
- Provide support during client interactions and interviews.
- Be available during partial morning hours to coordinate with offshore teams as needed.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on Apex, LWC, and Integrations.
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) and Sales Planning, demonstrated in the last two projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility for ticket management from definition to delivery.
- Willingness to participate in client interviews.
- Availability during partial morning hours for offshore coordination.
