  • Provide high-quality social work services to children and young people, particularly those with disabilities.
  • Carry out assessments, planning, and intervention activities to support children's well-being and development.
  • Collaborate with Contextual Safeguarding Teams, Court Teams, Early Help services, and community-based organisations.
  • Conduct regular case reviews and supervise the progress on cases.
  • Share risks and solutions during meetings and panels chaired by senior managers.
  • Maintain regular and supportive supervision sessions with your line manager.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and perform duties in line with organisational values: Kind, Accountable, Equitable, and Ambitious.
