- Court Proceedings – Prepare comprehensive reports and provide expert testimony in legal proceedings where required.
- Mentorship & Support – Guide and mentor junior social workers, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
- Policy & Compliance – Ensure all work adheres to relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding frameworks such as the Children Act 1989 & 2004.
