Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Complex Casework – Manage high-risk cases within the Children in Need (CIN) service, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Safeguarding & Risk Assessments – Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure the safety and protection of children.
  • Personalised Care Planning – Develop and implement tailored care plans, working closely with children and families.
  • Multi-Agency Collaboration – Partner with schools, healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and other agencies to provide a holistic support system.
  • Court Proceedings – Prepare comprehensive reports and provide expert testimony in legal proceedings where required.
  • Mentorship & Support – Guide and mentor junior social workers, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
