We are looking to recruit a Senior Social Worker in the Children With Disabilities Team within Islington. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the Senior Social Worker includes:
- Working in a dynamic team which involves working in a safeguarding team and supporting children with additional needs and their families.
- This involves screening referrals and gate keeping with support from the management team and consider the appropriate support for the family.
- There is monthly supervision from your line manager as well as participating in group supervisions and fortnightly team meetings.
- The workload varies which includes CP, CIN and CLA cases as well as children who have overnight short breaks (ONSB).
To ideal candidate will have:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
