What You'll Be Doing:

Join our Mental Health Reviews and Accommodations Team as a Senior Social Worker, where you will:

• Supervise and support Social Workers and Social Care Assessors• Act as a Safeguarding Adults Manager, ensuring best practices• Manage a complex caseload, authorising assessments and reviews• Chair professional meetings and provide clear direction as Duty Senior• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Social Work England registration• Experience supervising social workers and managing complex cases• Strong understanding of safeguarding, mental health assessments, and accommodation reviews• The ability to work both remotely and on-site when required• A commitment to delivering high-quality social care

Working Hours & Contract Details:

This is a mostly remote role, requiring a minimum of 2 days on-site and full-time office attendance for the first 2 weeks of induction. Monthly duty, team meetings, and reflection days must be attended in person.
