Position: Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment – Retrofit - Greenwich
Location: Greenwich
Site Manager required to work on a Retrofit / SHDF Framework for Royal Borough of Greenwich in Greenwich.
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for EWI, IWI, Windows, Roofs and Loft Installations reporting to a Contracts Manager.
Project:
The project is a £25 million framework across Greenwich delivering retorfit works as part of SHDF. Works include EWI, IWI, Windows, Roofs and Loft Installations. Alongside this FRA's are also being carried out.

Our client has established itself as one of the largest and most successful providers of social housing schemes in the South East.
Individual:
The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages.
Experience with tenants in situ / occupied refurbishments is essential.

Package includes: Car or car allowance, 8% pension, healthcare, 25 days holidays, 6 months fully paid maternity and 3 months fully paid paternity.
