The School - Social Emotional Mental Health LSA

A specialist Pupil Referral Unit in Tooting, South West London, the site cater to 60 children of secondary ages who have struggled to access mainstream education. The students have been referred to the site for a variety of reasons, such as: having an EHCP, being permanently excluded or having prolonged periods of absence from school.

The Role - Social Emotional Mental Health LSA

In this role as an SEMH TA, you will be supporting students of secondary ages who primarily have a diagnosis of social, emotional mental health. Many of the students have a secondary diagnosis of ASD and many students have other complex needs. Due to the high level of SEN, you must have worked in a SEN setting previously.
