NonStop Care is working with a Local Authority that is in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust are looking to recruit full-time Social Workers/AMHPs to work within the Community Mental Health teams based in South East London.

Social Worker/AMHPs work closely with the community and in-patient multi-disciplinary colleagues to support adults with mental health difficulties and their carers. Your role will be to offer support to both community and in-patient services, with the focus on working together with service users to enhance their independence and quality of life.

The team is held in high regard by peers as they work in a busy service although still maintain a high standard of work and positive team ethos.
