Family Court Advisor | CAFCASS | Central London - PRIVATE LAW

• Experienced Qualified Social Worker / Qualified Social Work Professional is required to join CAFCASS London on a locum basis to work as a Family Court Advisor.
• Hybrid working - mostly work from home with face to face visits and court attendance
• Office base: Central London
• You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience (court, section 7 reports) to be considered
• Pay rate 37.25ph

The Cafcass Social Worker, often referred to as Children's Guardians, is typically involved with the child across an extended period carrying out relevant assessments to understand their needs, wants and feelings, and effectively communicate this to the court through a combination of written reports and giving evidence.

• Has strong, intuitive IT skills
• Is an effective verbal and written communicator

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
