NonStop are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our Assessment and Wellbeing Teams. The teams provide medium to long-term social work support, interventions, and safeguarding, using a preventative, enabling, and strength-based approach.

About the Role

As a Social Worker, you will:? Complete Care Act assessments, Court of Protection, and Human Rights assessments? Carry out joint NHS assessments and Carers assessments? Promote community assets and build strong links with voluntary services? Use a strength-based approach to support individuals and their families? Deliver a culture of positive risk-taking and accountability
