What you will do:

• Act as a First Line Manager with supervisory responsibilities, providing guidance and mentoring to developing social workers.
• Ensure the Council's statutory responsibilities are met under the Care Act, including assessment, support planning, and safeguarding adults.
•  Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective intervention plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery and positive outcomes for individuals with mental health challenges.
• Engage with families and carers to provide support and information tailored to their needs.
