NonStop's client is a local authority based in South West London is seeking a Social Worker to join the Mental Health Reviews teams. You will be working remotely for the time being and undertaking initial Mental Health assessments.

The team's Social Workers play a crucial role in assessing and reviewing the social care needs of adults with less complex mental health needs. They help adults achieve the outcomes that matter to them in their lives while supporting them to stay as independent and as safe as possible.
