What You’ll Be Doing:As a Social Worker you will provide professional support to individuals and families, assessing their needs and implementing care plans to enhance well-being. You will collaborate with other professionals, offer emotional and practical support, ensure compliance with social work legislation, and advocate for service users.Â
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need a current and valid Social Work England registration, with experience working with adults in the community. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, and a commitment to high-quality patient care are essential.
                                                                                                                                                                      Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible, such as working 2 days work from home. You can also discuss condensed days on duty. The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
